The center was established in the year 1995, since its inception, the organisation has been providing the educational service to the community at large and has been growing. The organisation has always put its clients (parents and children) as a first priority. It was first run by Agnes Gamede who ensure that the center gives parents the peace of mind knowing that their children are left in good hands.

The organisation has since managed to run and self-maintain. The structures set in place ensure that the organisation will be able to run far and beyond regardless of who is running it.
